We’ve teamed up with the DAILYDOSEPD to bring you three series of exercise videos to help you meet the Parkinson’s Exercise Recommendations developed by the Parkinson’s Foundation. Each series works at a different intensity level – chair-based exercises (ChairFit), lower intensity workouts (Starter Series) and higher intensity activities (A.M.P.). Each series includes 125-160 minutes of exercises broken into 4-5 videos to help you get the recommended 150 minutes a week of aerobic, strength training, stretching and balance, agility and multitasking activities.
