BIG Moves classes: - are structured to benefit people at every stage of their Parkinson's journey - incorporate strength, balance, cardiovascular conditioning and voice-activation exercises - work to improve mobility, stability, flexibility, engagement and cognition - are offered virtually allowing individuals to exercise in the comfort of their own home
