Class Description

Rock Steady Boxing York Region is a unique program, based on the Rock Steady Method. This form of workout is based on training used by boxing pros and adapted to people with Parkinson's. The program involves regular exercise, such as stretching, balancing, weight training, vocal strengthening and lots of non-contact boxing. It is all about working hard and having fun and making friends along the way. This program is offered to both men and women. We also offer classes on Zoom for your safety and convenience. We keep the classes small and interactive.
