Class Description

HEALING YOGA WORKSHOP is a two hour workshop on Saturday, Feb. 8th from 10:00-12:00 noon for those with PD. Care partners are welcome. We will learn how to harness the energy of the Chakras for healing. We will explore YOGA poses that help with balance, stamina and gait. We will use Meditation and Breath to increase our sense of calm. Take away tools to use daily include: quick tips for decreasing anxiety, easy strength exercises, useful breath work to enhance the positivity in our every day living.
