Class Description

We use a complete wellness centered approach to help those living with their Neurological disorder stand a fighting chance. Through a range of functional training such as non-contact boxing, Spin biking classes, H.I.I.T, also functional health & fitness coaching, education & support we are helping our clients fight back and live the best life possible! Our classes are kept small so that we may offer more individualized attention. We have found this approach to be most beneficial for our clients. Initial assessments are performed upon admission to the program & at frequent intervals to measure progress and track our client’s goals. Our secondary programs includes Yoga, Mindfulness & Pilates Stretch African Drumming, Educational seminars for navigating insurance, finance and other daily living items. We are continuing to add new therapies & wellness instructors to our program as well as an education component.
