Parkies Punch Back YouTube Channel. Parkies Punch Back workout videos are anywhere between 20-35 minutes and seated workouts are available, too. Workouts include a warm-up, strength training, boxing, and stretching. Some workouts include balance work, neurobics (challenge the brain and get those neurons to wire and fire together), and quick time work (how fast can you move your body?). Short videos that demonstrate neurobic activities are also available.
