Class Description

Pedaling for Parkinson's is a form of “Forced Exercise” on an indoor stationary bicycle designed specifically for people with Parkinson's disease. Participants ride for 60 minutes, 3 times per week, following the instructor led format below: 10 minute warm up at 60 RPM, followed by 40 minutes at 80 to 90 RPM, and a 10 minute cool down at 60 RPM.
