Power!

Class Description

Our Power! class incorporates PWR!Moves, created by Dr. Becky Farley, with strength training utilizing resistance, hand weights and body weight. We address balance, cognition, body alignment and posture, as well as body awareness through multi-planar exercises. Our class is fun, dynamic and safe via Virtual Zoom each Wednesday. All classes are also recorded and available for additional days to work out!
