Class Description

Practice basic yoga postures, form, and breath work for building physical strength, flexibility, and balance. Comfort and safety are ensured through the use of chairs, the wall, and other equipment to accommodate individual abilities affected by Parkinson’s, Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Post-rehab conditioning, or other functional instability. Class practice is closed with a restorative moment, paired with mindful breathing.
