Chef Kenny James, personal chef to Blazer greats Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum, will take you through a step-by-step process on how to best prepare a healthy fall chili.
Following the cooking demonstration by Chef Kenny, Brian Grant Foundation Executive Director, Katrina Kahl, will review cooking modifications and tools that are helpful for those with limited mobility.
Naturopathic physician and certified nutrition specialist, Dr. Bethany Tennant, will close out Plates for Parkinson’s by discussing all the ways you can supercharge your recipes at home with the use of spices, seasonings and other ingredients that will help boost your immune system.
