Join us for a day dedicated to improving quality of life with Parkinson’s.

The day’s agenda includes: Exercise for Parkinson’s: Jenny Wilhelm, PT, DPT will lead you through the top 10 exercises to do at home to address mobility symptoms in Parkinson’s. Mindful Meditation for Parkinson’s: Kathleen Gleason, MA, QMHP will guide you through a mindful meditation session to help reduce stress and boost mood. Nutrition for Parkinson’s: Enjoy a nutritious lunch and a chance to mingle with other attendees. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. A limited number of scholarships are also available.
