6-week course on Tuesdays, BEGINNING March 26 to April 30, 2024,
4-5:30 pm PT/7-8:30 pm ET.
This workshop is intended to help participants to access their inherent creativity and practice using writing as a tool for self-care, self-awareness, self-expression, and brain health. Participants will do a wide variety of writing exercises to show them ways to keep their writing muscles conditioned and available when they need to pull them out of their self-care toolbox. These exercises are also designed to help them cultivate a deeper understanding and relationship with themselves. This workshop is a safe and open space to share ideas and connect with other creative souls with Parkinson’s.
Please note that this workshop is designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s and is limited to 20 people. Before finalizing your registration, we kindly ask you to reflect on your availability and commitment to attend each class and actively engage in the discussions and activities.
