Class Description

Adaptive Tai Chi & Qigong for those with Parkinson's Adults of all fitness levels - adapt, improvise, and overcome More and more studies have demonstrated the advantage of Adaptive Tai Chi & Qigong training for those living with Parkinson's Disease. Consistent practice of Tai Chi has proven to be beneficial for balance, range of movement, gait, as well as mood and general well being. Join us in making the most of your resources. Our Tai Chi for PD class normally meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:45-2:30PM. Tuition can be per class, per month, or a block of lessons. We've never allowed finances to be a reason why someone doesn't train with us, discounted tuition available. We are able to offer adaptive training in any of course material, simply speak with an instructor about what we can do for you.
