Oil-Free Basil Lover’s Dressing
(gluten-free/dairy free)
Makes 1 cup
1 ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup cold water
3 Tbsp coconut aminos
½ tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup fresh basil, finely chop
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Salad Ingredients (any salad ingredients you would like to include)
Options:
spinach, kale, cabbage, avocado, broccoli, cucumber, chicken, strawberries, etc.
Instructions
- Prepare a bowl of salad. Include as much spinach, kale, cabbage, avocado, broccoli, cucumber, and chicken as you would like. Make this salad to your taste preferences.
